Packed and Shipped On November 9, 2019, AEP board members Peter Dewberry and Elaine Chagnon drove to the Bronx, New York to meet with Rev. Ben Nnaji of St. Edmund’s Church. Waiting there were three shipping barrels waiting to be loaded with supplies. Thanks to Rev. Nnaji, the barrels were loaded on a container ship. Arrival
After nearly almost four months, the barrels arrived in Lagos, Nigeria. After passing through customs, a driver arrived to load them and bring them to Kafanchan. The barrels finally arrived on March 7, intact. Two of the barrels were earmarked for Kafanchan and one for Gusau. The driver brought all three barrels to Kafanchan, a driver from Gusau will get the Graceland International School barrel from Kafanchan. Thanks to our partners in Kafanchan for saving the Gusau folks hours of additional driving.
