New construction has begun on a classroom block at Jagindi Tasha in the Kafanchan region under the direction of Bishop Markus Dogo. The school has seen tremendous growth in recent months and has outgrown the new building completed last year.
Students and staff have been forced to go back into the two small, dilapidated buildings that originally formed the campus. These buildings were past the point of renovation, with too much deterioration to make it worth the effort and expense.
With funding provided by Companions in Mission of the Epsicopal Church in CT, the building is underway and is expected to be completed in time for the coming school year. Our need now is to provide desks for students.
