School Bus Thanks to generous AEP Board Member Paul Frank, from St. Paul’s Church, Akron, Graceland International School has a new bus! This photo was sent to us by our Nigerian partner George Olatunboson, who serves as treasurer to Bishop John. Paul considered the bus a birthday present to himself and we are deeply indebted and grateful for his generosity. The bus was ordered and then delivered on June 17. The previous bus was much older and had seen better days; it finally stopped running in early summer. The desperate need was communicated and Paul decided to act on the request. The new Toyota bus will hopefully deliver many years of dependable service.
A second bus is needed and is on our “wish list”, as more and more children enroll in school. Our hope is to acquire the funding to make this dream of a second bus a reality. Until then, this new bus will fill a desperate need!
